About 3 months ago, a previous customer from Australia contacted us about making a diamond and sapphire band for her. She wasn’t sure whether she wanted the stones to go all the way around (full eternity) or whether she would like the option to resize at a later date, (3/4 eternty). In addition she wanted her sapphires to be a very specific pink. After several e-mails back and forth she decided on a  14K white gold full eternity band with 9 x .02 ct  F/G VS Brian Gavin Signature melee = .18 ctw (set into the marquise shapes) and 9 x .03 ct medium pink sapphires = .27 ctw (set into the round bezels). When we e-mailed her pictures of the sapphires she was a little concerned about the color being too pink. We offered to ship the ring to her and if she was not 100% happy we would get it back here at no cost to her. I had secretly decided that if she did not want it, I did!

When she received the package we received this wonderful e-mail:

Hi Lesley, just a really quick one here as it's really late. My package arrived today which I received when I got home after work, and of course I have been giving her a bit of an obligatory photo shoot ever since (which is quite hard as my lighting is dreadful)! It is so fine and delicate but really beautiful. If I can catch a good photo I'll send it on to you, but in the meantime thank you so much for pushing this one through and being so understanding through the process. I really love the style of this band, and the sapphires are so pink I cannot believe it – in some lighting they even look red. I can't wait to see how they look in daylight tomorrow. My husband really loves the band, the colour and the sparkle! Thanks again. Janine
