Score a Steal with Diamond and Jewelry Madness

March is always a favorite time of year: the colder air finally dissipates, we move our watches forward an hour for Daylight Saving Time to enjoy more sunshine, spring fruits and veggies are in season, and, of course, March Madness. This is the time of year when basketball fans and college enthusiasts are glued to every type of screen and digital device, watching to see if their teams will advance into the next round and checking their brackets’ success.

At Brian Gavin Diamonds, we decided to celebrate March Madness with the items that we know best: diamonds, and have created the first ever Diamond and Jewelry Madness promotion.

Throughout the NCAA Basketball Tournament, which spans from March 15th through April 6th, Brian Gavin Diamonds will offer exclusive discount codes each week, based on the teams that advance that particular week. Each participating March Madness team was paired with one of our engagement rings, loose diamonds or wedding bands, and discount codes are applied to the specific items and categories “active” on the bracket. Once a team advances to the next round, so too will its paired item or category, meaning the opposing pieces is no longer available with a discount code.

Through March 29th, even after the Sweet Sixteen playoffs, all listed items are discounted 9-11%; as we get closer to the championship game on April 6th, the discount codes will be more and more lucrative.

In the upcoming regional playoffs, the Kentucky Wildcats, paired with the Classic Tiffany Style Half Round platinum engagement ring, will play the West Virginia Mountaineers, paired with the Six Prong Fishtail Pave platinum setting. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish, matched with the Novela “illusion-trim” bead set solitaire setting, will compete again the Wichita State Shockers, paired with the Legera Pave, a popular variation of the Novela, for an even larger discount starting 8am CST on March 30th.

On Thursday, March 26th, the Wisconsin Badgers will go head-to-head against the North Carolina Tar Heels, vying for the delicate Abby solitaire engagement ring setting or the half-bezel Ava solitaire ring, respectively, to advance to the next round of discounts. The Xavier Musketeers, paired with the full plain bezel Alice platinum engagement ring, will face the Arizona Wildcats, paired with the crisscross Flora setting.

The Louisville Cardinals will battle the NC State Wolfpack on Friday evening, while Brian Gavin Diamond customers watch for the 1.0-5.0 carat DEFG Blue Cut Diamonds or the 1.0-5.0 carat DEFG Round Diamonds to increase in discount. Also on Friday evening, the Michigan State Spartans, paired with 0.3-1.0 carat DEFG Cushion Diamonds, play the Oklahoma Sooners, paired with 1.0-5.0 carat DEFG Princess Diamonds for a worthwhile price discount.

As the Utah Runnin’ Utes compete against the Duke Blue Devils, we’ll be watching to see if the Legera Pave Matching Band or the Half Round Band will progress to the next round. And finally, UCLA, paired with a seven-stone shared-prong band, plays the Gonzaga Bulldogs, paired with the Jurica Matching Band for a valuable discount.

Watch closely as teams advance and discounts increase on Monday, March 30th and again on April 6th for Diamond and Jewelry Madness. All purchases must be transacted online before 12:01 a.m. on April 16th, 2015 for the NCAA coupon codes to be valid.
