In September of last year we were contacted by a very discerning customer from Singapore looking for a very special Brian Gavin Signature H & A diamond and custom engagement ring (the Twist). The journey is best described in his wonderful pictures and testimonial that follows:

Lesley, you have been a great help ever since I embarked on my first journey into the world of diamonds; seeking the perfect one in my means for my beloved wife. I remembered that you have been ever so patient in answering all my answers pertaining to the diamond that I seek even though you were busy with other clients. Finally I settled on a 0.72Ct D VS2 Brian Gavin Signature hearts and arrows perfect cut to grace my wife’s petite finger around October 2009. The information you gave me via Idealscope and ASET images, AGS certification and the picture of the diamond itself sold me that this is the diamond I want for my wife.

The journey did not end there though. I wanted a unique wedding ring for my wife that none in the B&Ms where I’m at sells. The platinum ring is to be a design blend of a domed 3-row paved s-ring with a ‘Truth’ head. It was a designer nightmare. But at Brian Gavin nothing is impossible and they certainly went out of the way to deliver what you desire. I remembered my elation when Lesley gave me the good news that the head jeweler and designer at Brian Gavin managed to get the design feasible and of course beautiful after they worked during the weekends. This is the sort of dedication the people at Brian Gavin has for their work. They also bend backwards to accommodate my tight timeline.

I finally received the ring 2 days before my wedding after an anxious wait. The diamond is a real sparkler. It easily ‘catches on’ to any light source and then reflects the light back to you either in a dazzling white light or a kaleidoscope of dancing colorful flames of light.

The ring itself is a wonderful sight to behold. The diamond is perfectly at home on the ‘Truth’ head; lending its sparkling beauty to the elegant curves and pinpoint sparkles of the domed 3-row paved s-ring. The ring is still the talk of the town in my wife’s office. Comments such as “What a big diamond!” and “Your ring is so beautiful!” abounds. My wife is basking in the compliments of her ring.

My wife and I would like to thank the team at Brian Gavin for their dedication and perseverance in producing something which is beautiful and memorable and is truly a symbol of the bond that I share with my wife.
