In September we heard from a very dear customer who we had worked with previously and who had already made a hand made bezel earring purchase from us here at BGD. She had been wearing her fishtail pave engagement ring for a while and was interested in having a new setting made that would give her more simple lines and allow her to use her ultrasonic cleaner on a regular basis. The initial design was a full bezel setting, but after some discussion and another CAD rendering she decided on a beautiful 4 prong rendition.
I deeply appreciate Brian's talents and creativity and his time spent so far on my behalf and I am so excited to be working with him on this project. Thanks again to both of you for your passion (and patience!) with this. I appreciate it more than I can say.
On receiving the ring and matching band she was thrilled and shared her excitement with everyone.
We asked her to name this beautiful setting and she decided on the name “Grace”:
I'm so glad you like the name. I really gave it a LOT of thought, and had several strong contenders… but in the end, it just “had” to be "Grace"! Nothing else felt so right. According to the dictionary, grace is defined as elegance, beauty, and smoothness of form or movement which, I think, is very apropos for this ring. My 87-year old mother (who is feisty, adorable, and wonderful!) will be totally THRILLED! Lynn
We are very pleased to add the Grace solitaire to our repertoire – thanks so much Lynn!!!
