One evening at about 10 p.m. CT we received a call from a man who was about to click and buy a diamond on another website but just felt that he had to first check in with Brian, who he had heard and read so much about. We had a very friendly phone call and we told him that we were able to get the same diamond he was about to purchase, as it was being listed by many different internet companies and was available to us all.

We ordered the diamond in – a really beautiful 1.61 carat ideal cut – and provided the customer with a diamond image, a SARIN report, an ASET image and an idealscope image. We then discussed the setting in great detail as his girlfriend had been very specific about what she wanted. We provided him with the CAD outline for approval and then the size 3.5 Novela setting was cast and carefully set with  the customer's magnificent new diamond and Brian Gavin Signature diamond melee.

Yesterday we received some beautiful pictures from our customer and with his permission we feature the happy couple and her Novela diamond engagement ring.
